| Mr. Espen Jansen has owned and operated Padgett Business Services of Colorado Springs, since 2003. Mr. Jansen held a variety of positions over ten years at Ericsson, the global leader in mobile telecommunications equipment. In Boston, Mr. Jansen was head of finance and operations at Ericsson Juniper Networks. In Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, he was the head of logistics for Ericsson Mobile Phones Region Americas and before that, head of logistics for Region Latin America. He has held several positions/assignments within accounting, tax, finance, logistics and operations in Europe and the U.S., mostly with high-tech companies such as Ericsson and Xerox prior to starting his own accounting firm. Mr. Jansen is a CPA (certified public accountant) and a CVA (certified valuation analyst). He holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and a graduate certificate in accountancy from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. He was educated in Norway and the U.S. Mr. Jansen is married, the father of one daughter, and the stepfather of a son and daughter.
